The GTO 3729GT is remembered for the many races held with the John Coombs team from 1962 to 1964, after which it passed to Robert Perry. For the Coombs team, Graham Hill, Mike Parkes, Mike McDowell, Mike Salmon, Jack Sears and others ran. Characterized by three lateral air outlets, the GTO 3729GT ran with white bodywork, to be then painted in red at the end of its career.
