Featuring a frame with wooden elements, the Costin Nathan was the fruit of a collaboration between aerodynamic specialist Frank Costin and Roger Nathan. Equipped with a 1-liter straight 4-cylinder derived from the Hillman Imp and very light, it was used in numerous races in 1967, including the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the Targa Florio and the 1000km of the Nurburgring.
