In 2010 Honda announced a new coupe, this time hybrid. But those who expected a return in a modern key of the CR-X were disappointed: despite coming with first level technical features, the new CR-Z lacked horsepower (124 for a 1497cc engine) and above all there was never a version Type-R, which he had fantasized about. Nonetheless, the line was original and pleasant, with a futuristic but not tacky look. The CR-Z remained in production until 2014.
