The Ferrari GTO chassis 3765LM was equipped with the 4 liter engine, unlike the standard GTO which had the 3 liter engine. The car took part in the 1962 24 Hours of Le Mans with Lorenzo Bandini and Mike Parkes, entered by Scuderia Ferrari. Subsequently the car was sold to private drivers, including Ferdinando Latteri, who took part in several races in 1965-1966 with this car.
