When Renault presented the Captur in 2013, it had only one SUV in its list, the Koleos, which was not enjoying great success. But it was precisely with the Captur, derived from the fourth series of the Clio, that Renault entered among the leading brands in the sector. The first Captur had a fairly long career, which after a restyling in April 2017, ended in 2019 when the second series took over. There are many engines available, petrol or diesel, for powers ranging from 90 to 150 horsepower. Special versions include Helly Hansen, Hypnotic and Wave.
