The Mini 1275GT was a Cooper with mechanical specification of the MkIII and the bodywork of the Clubman. Introduced in 1969, the same year as the Clubman, the 1275GT had the 1300cc Cooper S engine and 59 horsepower, which then dropped to 54. The suspensions were modified in 1971 and other changes (trim, wheels, brakes, fuel tank) were introduced. in 1974. The 1275GT went out of production in 1980.
