The Ferrari 166 Inter Coupé was a masterpiece of the Touring of Milan but there was no lack of other coachbuilders who tried their hand at it. The first to propose an alternative setting was Ghia, followed by Farina. In 1950-1951 Vignale proposed an interesting series of bodyworks, in which he anticipated stylistic solutions that would later become customary on future Ferraris, while Farina and Bertone enriched the Inter range with two convertibles.
