After the success of the 500C Giardiniera formula, Fiat launched the 500C officially called Belvedere at the Brussels Motor Show in 1952. Mechanically, the Belvedere followed the mechanics of the Giardiniera (engine type 500B 569cc), while externally the wood finishes had given way to a body made entirely of sheet metal. The Belvedere remained in production until 1955.
