Presented in 1929, the Alfa Romeo 6C 1750 Gran Sport was an avant-garde car: equipped with the inline 6-cylinder of 1752cc and 64 horsepower (85 with compressor and 102 in the lighter competition version), the 6C 1750 could adapt to use on the road as in competitions. With it, Tazio Nuvolari won the Mille Miglia of 1930, exceeding the average speed of 100 km / h for the first time (at the wheel of the 6C 1750, Campari had already won the Mille Miglia of 1929). The bodywork, designed by Zagato, still remains today an example of formal perfection.
