The Ferrari 250 Monza, built in 1954, was a hybridization of the chassis of 4-cylinder sports cars, similar to that of the 500 Mondial, with the 3-liter V12 engine, which developed around 240 horsepower. Four examples were produced, but they did not obtain particularly important sporting results.
