Admired for its roadsters, for prestigious sedans and sporty coupes, the English company Rover did not have an average sedan that lived up to its fame. In 1963 the P6 was presented, characterized by a remarkable technical originality, an excellent price-performance ratio and above all by excellent engine skills thanks to the adoption of the V8. The P6 benefited from numerous modifications during its very long career, ending in 1977 with over 320000 units produced.
