At the beginning of 2020, Alfa Romeo dusted off a legendary acronym for sports car enthusiasts: GTA. This acronym, belonging to the history of motoring of the sixties and seventies thanks to the racing versions of the Giulia GT, had also been used in the recent past with other Alfa models. This time it is the Giulia sedan to receive it. The GTA and the even more extreme version GTAm are equipped with the twin-turbo V6 which receives an additional dose of power compared to the Quadrifoglio, reaching 540 horsepower. The GTA is lighter than the Quadrifoglio and accelerates from 0 to 100km / h in 3 ”6. The GTAm receives even more changes oriented to the race set-up.
