Presented at the 1960 Paris Motor Show as a 1961 model, the Panhard PL17 Cabriolet only had two doors, like the convertible version of the previous Dyna. The trim was that of the Grand Standing sedan, the most luxurious, which in 1961 was further enriched with leather seats and carpet as standard. The engine was the 50 horsepower Tigre, the most powerful in the range. Today the Cabriolet is the PL17 most coveted by collectors. Production ended in 1963.
