The Humber Snipe was introduced in 1945. The car was equipped with 2731 and 4086cc inline 6-cylinder engines, it was essentially a Hillman 14 / Humber Hawk with a refurbished engine. The most powerful model was called the Super Snipe, with the respectable 100 horsepower. The first generation Snipe was produced until 1948.
