The fourth generation of the Toyota Celica was marketed in 1986 and was the first with front-wheel drive and transverse engine, a modern 2-liter twin cam 16v with 150 horsepower. Balanced, performing (210 km / h), the Celica was a sturdy and reliable car even if it had a somewhat banal look. The most sought after version today is the GT-Four, with all-wheel drive, turbocharged with 190 horsepower, produced for the homologation of the rally model. The Celica Mk.IV was produced until 1990.
