The Officine Stampaggi Industriali (OSI) was created in 1960 in Turin to essentially produce molding dies and then also complete bodywork for large manufacturers such as Fiat, Ford and Innocenti. From 1965 to 1968 OSI also produced a high-end sedan, the De Luxe, based on Alfa Romeo 2600 mechanics, with a 2584cc 6-cylinder engine.
