As the Z prepares to enter the scene, the GT-R faces the final part of its career. This all-wheel drive super Nissan has had an almost infinite series of mechanical evolutions, which have passed the power from 485 to 570hp. The aesthetics, however, have hardly changed since the car's arrival in 2007. Now Nissan hasn't given a true heir to the GT-R, an acronym that once denoted the extreme versions of the Skyline. In Japan, however, the GT-R is offered in a full range of versions, including the Nismo, which still shares power with the other configurations. The GT-R R35 engine is a 570hp 3799cc twin-turbo V6, 6-speed dual-clutch robotic transmission.
