Fred Zeder junior, racing driver and sportscar enthusiast, decided to build an exclusive car, an elegant sports coupe. Construction took about three years but the final result was a beautiful 2 + 2 car designed by Bertone, equipped with a 260 horsepower V8. The Zeder Z-250, presented in 1953, was available in a road or competition version, with two different bodies, easily interchangeable thanks to the particular fixing system to the chassis frame with four bolts.
