NOREV - VOLKSWAGEN - GOLF GTi G60 1990

In the early 90's Volkswagen continued to develop the Golf GTI, and after the 16 valve version the G60 was presented. Equipped with the 1800cc engine with volumetric compressor already used in the Corrado coupe, the GTI G60 was capable of excellent performance, strong of about 160 horsepower. The engine had the advantage of expressing a remarkable torque, even without particularly high revolutions. More powerful but also heavier than the 16-valve GTI, the G60 represented a compromise between performance and comfort. The top speed, 219 km / h, however, remained a respectable figure.
