The Magnette ZA produced by MG shared the body with a Wolseley model while the engine was derived from the Austin production. Despite this, fans of the MG brand showed their appreciation. Introduced in 1953, the ZA had a 1489cc 4-cylinder engine and was noted for its excellent handling on the road. Around 18,000 were built until 1956.
