At the beginning of the seventies, Alfa Romeo decided to simplify the Giulia range by unifying the single-fuel versions (1.3 and 1.6). The 1300 Super had the engine of the GT 1300 Junior, the 4-cylinder 1290cc and 89 horsepower. The 1.6 had a set-up that took up the old version, albeit with some variations.
