The Hungarian manufacturer Ikarus was at the forefront in the production and development of heavy vehicles. Model 66, presented in 1972 and produced in bus and trolley bus configuration, was characterized by particularly refined aerodynamic care. The engine was mounted in the rear position. The 66 was mainly used for suburban transport.
