The Fiat Abarth 1000 Coupé Speciale designed by Pininfarina was presented at the 1965 Frankfurt Motor Show. It was a stylistic development based on the rear-engined Abarth 1000. The small car, albeit with rather advanced and daring solutions (such as the double molding on both sides of the tail), echoed the volumes of other sports coupé in a small way.
