In September 1968, Fiat added the "Luxury" version to the normal version of the 500, characterized by a more accurate bodywork both inside and out. Outside, it was recognized by the bumpers with the characteristic rostrums, the different front and a more refined interior. Mechanically, the car received radial tires. The 500L remained in production until 1972.
