The Dino 206 GT is considered one of the best looking sportscars of the second half of the 60s. It was badged as Dino to remember Enzo Ferrari’s son, who had designed the V6 engine. The 206 number stood for 2 litres and 6 cylindres. On the car the Ferrari badge never appeared. The genesis of the car was long and tortured with several prototypes made by Pininfarina between 1965 and 1967. The production started in 1968; this first version lasted only one year, after which it was replaced by 246 GT, with an improved 2400cc engine.
