The 1960s Lincoln Continental is infamous for being President JF Kennedy's bombing car. Apart from this episode, the Continental of this generation was a valid competitor to the Ford Thunderbird. Marketed from 1961 to 1968, it was produced in coupé, sedan and convertible configurations. The engines were V8 with a displacement from 7045 to 7565cc and power from 304 to 345 horsepower.
