The Espada was presented in 1968; a model with an unusual design, it was quite reminiscent of the Marzal, a concept car designed by Bertone that had been presented in 1967. Ultra-flat, the Espada combined an original and avant-garde design with high-level mechanical features. The 4-liter 12-cylinder engine delivered 350 hp. The Espada remained in production for several years and was always recognized as a GT car with exceptional performance but also with superior comfort.
