Manufactured by the British Leyland Motor Corporation, the Sherpa was a van and minibus designed by Stand Dewes, who had started his career at Ford. This specimen appears in the 1976 James Bond (Roger Moore) film "The Spy Who Loved Me", registered GZ50108 and with the signs of the Egyptian telephone and postal company.
