Marketed in June 1994, the second generation of the Opel Omega marked a clear step forward compared to the first generation both from an aesthetic and mechanical point of view. A restyling was carried out in 1999. Among the best engines were the petrol V6s (2.5 with 170 hp, 3.0 with 210 hp and finally, from August 2000, 3.2 with 218 hp). The Omega B remained in production until 2003.
