In May 1977 the range of the Fiat 127 was modified and expanded. The bodywork was slightly updated and offered in three versions: L, C and CL, and the well-known 903 engine was joined by another, the type 127A000 (called “Brazil”) of 1049cc. In April 1980 the five-door configuration was born and in November of the same year the “Panorama”, a family version. In February 1981 a diesel engine (type 127A5000) was also added to the range. Some special and sporty versions accompanied the entire production, until the presentation, in November 1981, of the third series.
