The Ferrari FX was built in 1995 to meet the request of Hassanal Bolkiah, Sultan of Brunei. It was fitted with the twelve-cylinder opposed engine of the Testarossa and had a 7-speed sequential gearbox derived from Formula 1 components. The engine had a displacement of 4943 cm³ with a power of 440 hp. Only seven units were built, six of which were shipped to the royal family of Brunei.
