€39.95 Iva Inc. €24.95 The Gallardo was presented at the 2003 Geneva Motor Show. Equipped with the 4961cc V10 engine, it was destined to constitute the entry level of the Lamborghini range. Success was beyond all expectations, with 5,000 units already sold in early spring 2007 and over 9,000 in July 2009, a really high number for a car that cost around 146,000 euros in the 2005 price list. Less extreme in terms of personality and cost than the Murcielago, the Gallardo was nonetheless a happy synthesis of aggressiveness, style and performance. The basic version (2003-2005) was followed by other even more powerful and alluring configurations.
