The Ferrari 812 has been declined in a variety of versions, in open or closed configuration. The most recent, marketed in May 2021, is called Competizione and was produced in a limited series: 999 coupé and 599 open models (Competizione A). The Competition is equipped with an enhanced configuration of the 6496cc V12 engine, whose power goes from 800 horsepower to 8500 to 830 horsepower at 9250 rpm. Aerodynamics have been developed and weight has been reduced, at least for the coupe, from 1645kg to 1478kg. On the Competizione A, the electric roof of the GTS has been replaced with a carbon panel that can be removed by hand.
