The roadster version of the TT, presented in 1999, soon became a fashionable car. Not very agile, even less sporty and comfortable but well finished, the TT Roadster benefited from valid engines such as the 1800 turbo with 150 horsepower (starting from January 2001) or the V6 3.2 with 250 horsepower (September 2003). In November 2001, a special “Le Mans” version (20 units) on a 225 horsepower Quattro base was marketed, which is the most popular. Production of the TT Roadster of this generation ended in 2006.
