Having dominated the LMP1 scene in recent years after the withdrawal of Audi and Porsche, Toyota has confirmed its commitment to the WEC with the GR010 Hybrid which complies with the new Hypercar regulations. In 2021 the car achieved six wins, also achieving a double at Le Mans. The GR010 is equipped with a 3.5-liter 680 horsepower twin-turbo V6 engine with 7-speed sequential gearbox. The ERS is positioned at the front and has a power of 272 horsepower. The weight is around 1030 kg. The GR010 obtained a second success at Le Mans in 2022.
