Audi's victory in the 24 Hours of Le Mans 2000 was nothing surprising. Prepared with the usual care from the Ingolstadt house, the 24 Hours of 2000 saw three Audi R8 occupy the first three places, with Biela / Kristensen / Pirro winners ahead of Aiello / McNish / Ortelli and Alboreto / Abt / Capello.
