Reaching the sixth generation in 1963, the Deville underwent a restyling for 1964, before the 7th gen was presented in 1965. The grille was divided in two by a horizontal bar painted in body color. The grille also reached the front wheel passages. The ailerons were still losing dimension and the engine, passed to 7 liters, gave about 340 horsepower.
