From 1992 to 1994 the Celica GT-Four ST185, also known as the Celica Turbo 4WD was Toyota's best weapon for rallies. The car had replaced the ST165 and was especially competitive in the 1993 season, that opened with a win at the Monte Carlo rally with Didier Auriol. Juha Kankkunen then went on winning the World Rally Championship, clinching an impressive amount of wins.
