The Aventador was marketed in March 2011 (coupé) and in November 2012 (roadster), with a restyling carried out in January 2017. The time for a well-deserved retirement has now come for the glorious Lamborghini model, but there was still room for a final exclusive series, presented in July 2021, called LP780-4 Ultimae, featuring 350 coupés and 250 roadsters, all sold out before production. The Ultimae is equipped with the 6498cc 12-cylinder engine which in this version delivers 780 horsepower at 8500 rpm, a dozen more than the Aventador LP770-4 SVJ. The gearbox, robotized, is 7-speed, the transmission is integral. Production of the Ultimae continued throughout 2022, the model that will replace the Aventador being scheduled for 2023.
