Presented in March 2023, the Revuelto is the heir to the Aventador, sold in 11,500 units. The presence of the 6.5-liter V12 has been confirmed, still without a turbo and going from 780hp (on the Aventador Ultimae) to 825hp. Three electric motors, one on each front wheel and a third at the rear, associated with the gearbox, ensure a total power of 1015hp. The Revuelto is therefore a hybrid. The transmission, also automated, is transversal and receives a double clutch. Gears go from 7 to 8. Traction is integral. Under a carbon bodywork, the Revuelto weighs 226kg more than the Aventador, i.e. 1776kg but absolute performance is increasing further: 2.5 seconds to go from 0 to 100 km/h and 7 seconds to go from 0 to 200 km/h h. An active spoiler, controlled by the driver or automatically, ensures additional downforce.
Maisto has been producing diecast models in various scales since 1978. The company was founded in Hong Kong in 1967 and marketed its first models under the name MC Toy. California-based Maisto International was founded in 1992. The models, which have a good price-performance ratio, are manufactured in China and Thailand. The most popular range among collectors is the 1:18, and in 2005 Maisto took over the Italian company Burago. Maisto also produced a wide range of pull-back toys from 1:32 to 1:48, and 1:43, 1:24 and 1:64 scale models.
