Appearing in 1934 as a less expensive alternative to the prestigious J12, the Hispano-Suiza K6 shared the main elements of the chassis and suspension with the "12". The K6 was equipped with a new 5.2-liter in-line 6-cylinder engine that developed around 120 horsepower. The K6 was bodyworked by the greatest specialists; for example, an elegant coach signed by Henri Chapron in 1935 and called Mouette is remembered.
