The Pegaso Z102 BS has had a very special history. Equipped with an aluminum body made by Pegaso herself, it was characterized by a rear glass in the shape of a bubble; hence the nickname of "Cupola". Exhibited at the 1953 New York Motor Show, the car was purchased by Rafael Trujillo, president of the Dominican Republic who kept it until his death in 1961. The Z102 was then acquired in 2006 by the Louwman Museum who restored it between 2009 and 2015.
