In its sixth season in Formula 1, the Haas team faces 2021 with a car, the VF-21, which has hardly undergone notable changes, apart from some changes to the flat bottom and aerodynamics allowed by the regulations. The engine is the Ferrari 066. The biggest news of the team is Mick Schumacher, son of Michael, who was expected at Alfa Romeo but instead landed at Haas. Schumacher jr won the F.2 championship in 2020, after his debut in the MRF Challenge and in F.3 (victory in the European championship in 2018). The other Haas driver is the Russian Mazepin, fifth in the 2020 F.2 championship.
