Introduced in 1973, the Kadett C also had a coupé version, as had happened with the B series. The standard car was equipped with the classic 1196cc straight 4 cylinder, which gave an output of 52 horsepower at 5600 rpm. Despite the 2-door body, the C Coupé was a true 4-seater. Production ceased in 1979.
