The 2000 Berlina was born from the commercial success of the 1750. Presented to the press in Gardone in June 1971 with the 2000 GT Veloce and the 2000 Spider Veloce, the 2000 Berlina was equipped with the 1962cc engine (84x88.5) which developed a power of 132 horsepower at 5500 rpm. Aesthetically, the 2000 confirmed the characteristics of the 1750, but with a different cockpit and a new dashboard. It was a car that did not fear competition in its range. After all, the performance was remarkable, with a top speed of around 190 km / h. A version with automatic transmission was also presented at the 1971 Turin Motor Show. The 2000 Sedan remained on the list until 1977, with a total production of 89,840 units.
