Also known as "the Ferrarina", the ASA 1000 GT Coupé, presented in 1962, was a one-liter (1032cc) sports car with a high-power (91 horsepower) overhead camshaft. It was designed in Maranello, but was built and marketed by an external company, the Autocostruzioni Società per Trasporti di Lambrate. Designed for Bertone by Giorgetto Giugiaro, it is a very interesting car and highly coveted by collectors. Production ceased in 1967.
