The 10HP Type-A was the first Citroen, as well as the first mass-produced car in Europe and sold complete, including the entire electrical system, which was far from obvious at the time. Produced from 1919 to 1924, almost one hundred thousand copies of the type A (and over 70,000 of the type B2) were sold. The displacements ranged from 1327 to 1452cc, with a power from 18 to 22 horsepower.
