The 911 GT3 R has finally moved on to the 992 generation. Since the gradual disappearance of the GTE Pro class, the R represents Porsche at the highest level of GT racing. The atmospheric flat-6 engine now has a displacement of 4.2 litres, a displacement that we will be able to find on a future road-going RS. From 2024, the GT3 R also enters the FIA-WEC endurance world championship.
