KYOSHO - ALFA ROMEO - TZ3 CORSA 2010

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Alfa Romeo, in 2010 the Zagato bodywork proposed a third generation of the Tubolare in a racing version and then also a road version. The TZ3 Corsa was built on a carbon fiber tub, coupled to a tubular steel frame and with a lightweight aluminum body. The engine was the 4691cc V8 of the 8C Competizione, of Ferrari-Maserati origin with 450hp mounted in the front-center position and combined with a 6-speed electro-actuated gearbox. Presented at the Villa d’Este Competition in 2010, the TZ3 won the Design concept award. The TZ3 Corsa was the last of the three concept cars built by the three top Italian coachbuilders for the centenary of Alfa Romeo, after Bertone's Pandion and Pininfarina's Duettottanta.
