MINICHAMPS - SAUBER - F1 C14 FORD RED BULL N 30 SEASON 1995 H.H.FRENTZEN

A few weeks after losing the supply of Mercedes engines, Sauber signed a two-year agreement with Ford and Cosworth for 1995 for the latest Zetec-R. After a difficult start, the Sauber-Ford C14 proved to be quite competitive, also thanks to the arrival of the sponsor RedBull. The engine underwent some evolutions over the course of the season. Frentzen got some good placings, including a third place in Monza; Wendlinger, rather disappointing, was replaced by Boullion from Monte Carlo; Wendlinger then returned for the last two GPs of the season. Sauber finished seventh in the constructors' championship thanks to 15 points from Frentzen and 3 from Boullion.
